This is looking very easy at present. What movement there is is slight, bounce is regular.

Yes it would be amazing if every player in history bowled or batted at their absolute peak every single time they were batting or bowling but it’s amazing how seldom a career pans out with such consistency

You'd expect your best bowler and leader of the attack composed of young and inexperienced compatriots to come in and put his best foot forward in the first spell of a test series. Instead of being outbowled significantly by a debutant

Criticism of him is absolutely fair here. To his credit his last 2 overs are much better.

Keep saying this every year but they seem happy to kill test cricket. There's maybe like a couple thousand people in all of Australia who wanna watch this.

Was going to suggest his pace seemed down. I recall him bowling in the low 140s most of the time but he's mid to high 130s so far today.
