I'd take the chance at 5 players inside the top 22 instead of just 4. Just my thoughts though.
Could get two very good sliders at 21 and 22.
I'd cut a player if we got to use 5 picks inside 22.If we take 5 players from thd staft then we would have to cut a contracted player.

Simpkin and Siposs are list clogging anyway.Pick 22 & cut a player vs bundling 21 & 22 for a pick around 10-15 & not cutting a player...
I would be happy to go to the draft with 4, 6, 7 & 12(ish)
Better than father loadsI like mother loads.
I don't think cutting Simpkin or Siposs should be seen as a negative.Pick 22 & cut a player vs bundling 21 & 22 for a pick around 10-15 & not cutting a player...

Under the deal, which is under discussion and yet to be finalised, Griffen and the Dogs' first pick, No.6, would go to the Giants in return for Boyd.
Boyd has been offered a deal believed to be six years and in excess of $6 million.
While this represents a backdown by the Giants - who had vowed Boyd would not be traded under any circumstances - the club will emerge with Griffen and an extraordinary draft yield of picks 2, 6 and 7.
If the deal is completed, the Giants will be in a position to trade for pick one from St Kilda.

Its called spin.Unlikely Melbourne take Paddy.
Paul Roos apparently has been on record saying he doesn't like drafting TAC Cup forwards.
Even on 1 Knee he would be a better option then FAT boy McKenzieGoing to throw up a left field option to 'replace' Stanley - Would anyone object to bringing in Shaun McKernan as a DFA?
Has been let go by the Crows and no one seems to be talking about him finding a new home.
Has all the talent and started the year strong but was pushed out by the Jenkins/Walker combo (as well as Sando's man crush on Pods).
I think he would be a solid option to fill the fwd/ruck hole left by Stanley. If no other club is talking to him (hard to believe) then we might even get him as a rookie.
Good, hope he rejected 4 and 7. Need more or we should just take Petracca.
a positiveI don't think cutting Simpkin or Siposs should be seen as a negative.
We won't trade our first pick unless the mother load offer comes along.
Pick 1 for 4,6,7. Do not budge Pelch.
Not if they Rookie thema positive
Wow, Pelican has balls of steel. Would be disappointed for this deal to fall over because we are at a standstill over pick 21. I don't think that will happen though, I get the feeling we are going to pull this off. If so, the Pelican is a genius. Not sure if this has been posted.

That's our current position, however they want 21 as well.
We have something up our sleeve that will hopefully leave us with 21 and 22.
We won't be doing it for just 4 & 6 or 4 & 7 I guarantee you.
At worst it may be we give them 21 back, but hoping not.
Our guys love Pettracca and given we have achieved 3 picks inside 22 already, we can stand firm.
But picks 4, 6 & 7 is attractive.
