Just out of curiosity which of the players have big heads?

Mate, haven’t you learned what happens to your players on Bigfooty after winning a flag? They all automatically become overrated or big headed or spuds who are lucky to have premierships etc etc.

I think Schoey plays now. It is that line ball depending on the weather forecast. Which is changing hourly at present.
Meh Shoey is probably slower then cegs atm. The way Shoey has been playing for the last month I’d actually prefer ceglar at ground level in the wet over Shoey lol

Wish we still had Rath on the books. 2 Weeks of intensive Rath styled Goal kicking training for Nash and he'd be a lock. I really want him to play in the Cyril role. He needs to nail his goal kicking though, as Cyril was usually good for at least 1-2 a game and could tear a game apart with his creativity. I think he gets the nod over Schoey. He gives you a big target capable of hitting up at the ball or splitting packs and then he gives you the agility and tackling pressure of a genuine small. Does he have the mentality to switch between roles on the fly though. he has certainly impacted games more than Schoe over the last 3 weeks.
Nash isn't as bad as what you think. Far from a kicking flog.

I don’t need to write any jokes; you’re providing all the laughs.

Clarkson will pick Schoey over Roughie. In the finals. That’s your position?
Not in finals because of Captaincy but we see in round 1 next year. Schoenmakers isn’t the story here, it’s the Captain who’s pushing it uphill.
Yea, you are very funny btw. Keep it coming.

We’re in the thread about the first final, deep in a discussion about the list makeup and you post this:

The more I look at our best 22 the less I see Roughead in it!! Rather keep Nash, schoenmakers and bring cegs in. Sorry, but that’s the hard truth. You cannot keep dropping simple marks inside 50 that turn into dangerous rebound for the opposition and clarko knows this.
Mirra doesn’t like body contact and is treacle slow. No way he comes in.
Sicily, Frawley and Ceglar are a must! Need brute bodies around the ground.
We NEED marks, stop their push the ball frwd to make it a ground ball scrap game style and the only way to do that is by marking by the ball.

Are you my wife in disguise? Am I supposed to know what you mean rather than believing what you write?

Makes you laugh doesnt it.
Is there anyone here that thought Birchall was going to play after the old "hes a few weeks away" line kept getting trotted out?
Look, we get it, he's not playing this year. Its ok.
Well he was getting close to playing that wasnt a lie. He has just not been able to get to a 100%. Really unfortunate

I met up with a couple of Tiger fans, and a Handbaggers fan, for a few pre-finals drinks in Richmond on the weekend. I'd printed out the ladder for the last 11 games of the season and quizzed them on who finished top. Yes, I am devious!

They were all stunned that Hawthorn was on top and that the Hawks had the best percentage. One of the Tiger supporters went slightly pale. They had been extremely confident of Richmond's superiority but started asking questions about where the Hawks had improved. The seed of doubt had been sown. I hope it spreads.

I will be extremely disappointed if Nash is omitted. We need his vigour to upset the Tiger boys. Let him go to Dustin Martin for a bit and hit him hard. Dusty will be shocked.

In: Sicily/Frawley/Ceglar
Out: Mirra/Brand/Shoenmakers

Last 11 rounds? Was each teams schedule equally difficult?

Haha our form is good. A shame the squiggle doesn’t really like us. Not enough smashing of bottom four teams. We will give ourselves a chance to win. Must take our chances in front of goal.
