Fair enough mate. At the end of the day not much we can do, so I'd recommend doing what I'm doing and just visualising Heeney to Buddy to Daniher, and kicking up a stink when it goes wrong if it goes wrong.Yes I know what you say is true and I am head cheer leader of the "I trust the club implicitly" club, but it just reeeeeeeeally worries me for some reason.
Larkins was speaking with authority on having reviewed Danihers medical records when he made his comments?I'll be honest, I don't want Daniher his injury record over the last two years really concerns me. Was listening to an interview with Peter Larkins specifically about Joe's injury and I'd hate to be handing over pick 5.

Essentially it was the right decision in the end. There is no formula for priority pick positions. They just make it up. Generally speaking the lower the club the more generous they are. The pick 2 that Melbourne got for Frawley comes to mind.it is kind of funny that richmond only got pick 39 for ellis.
AFL really is just a bunch of union bosses in the chinese restaurant around the lazy susan.

And what are we getting back?LOL, now they want McCartin or Reid.
I know you mentioned him as a mid replacement, but Blakey is going to be an awesome CHF if he's played there IMO.Who do we have as a current realistic Buddy replacement

Slow we haven't got him yet.If daniher isnt fit for rd 1 ...this place will implode
If daniher isnt fit for rd 1 ...this place will implode
That would be the ideal scenario, allowing us to keep the high picks...but swans would also understand the downside of waiting out another year.he hasn't played for 2 years! and prior to that had played 1 year worthy of a top ten pick in a trade - and essendon are going to demand (and we will probably give them) two top 10 picks.
And we could possibly get him for nothing next year. This is complete madness.
Yes of course, we could give up those picks and he could come to sydney and be awesome, and we will be way better than expected and it could be a great trade.
But all the smart percentages say just wait a year.
Don't worry, this whole story started when he was spotted getting the all clear from a Harley Street specialist.I'll be honest, I don't want Daniher his injury record over the last two years really concerns me.
