Not sure when the first pick will be called, but it seems they're taking a long run up on this one.
When do they do the Michael Voss tribute to Robert Harvey ? That seemed to run longer than Harvey's actual career.

Very raw. A project player, at best. Very light frame for a ruckman (84kg). Keep him on our VFL list for 2-3 years & see how he develops.Does anyone have any knowledge of Aaron Grundy given he plays for our vfl side?
I want Felix Flockhart because he's Felix Flockhart.
We should take him just to get him away from his parents.
Jackson CallowA versatile KPP would be my prediction, maybe Jackson Callow or Jack Buller.
Mathematically inaccurateI'll tell you who I don't want us to take instead - anyone already in our reserves squad. Serves almost no purpose whatsoever. Said player will still be playing in the ressies every week barring a catastrophic series of injuries. And said player won't be enough to right our season in the face of that catastrophic series of injuries.
Draft Wooler and our squad makeup is exactly the same as it is now.
Draft a decent prospect - raw, mature, tall, small, whatever - from anywhere else and we're adding another resource to the reserves as well as a break glass option for the seniors.
Jack Buller would have the edge in terms of mobility and is probably a fraction taller.A versatile KPP would be my prediction, maybe Jackson Callow or Jack Buller.
Spare rookie slot?
Pretty sure we have just one spot available - for Marchbank.
Spare rookie was taken by OMac, whilst Curnow isn't on the inactive list.
The wording regarding the rookie list under the 2021 changes is not very clear. There's 44 list spots, including cat B, with a maximum of 2 cat B, minimum of one rookie, maximum of 6 cat A, and 36-38 on the senior list.3? There was a draft article a few weeks ago that said we only have one spot available, due to Marchbank, Charlie wont be far off playing by time the draft comes around.
Do we even have a spare rookie spot.

If we're to take that literally, then we're allowed another cat A rookie, because we have 43 players. That level of flexibility would make sense given the spirit of the changes.
My bad on Charlie, I figured he was on the inactive list.
I thought you were 000... and milk crate convinced people that he was 1.So THAT'S why I wore 00 back when I played!
Pre season draft catch a plane and go talk to Riccardi from GWS -- he can play forward or back .. no need full spot with clogger
No idea... he would be a trade target maybe come the end of the year. What’s this got to do with the mid season draft?

We can't draft players who play for other AFL teams. He would have to be an end of year trade target.Mis put since edited my comment sorry
