Still some interesting names on this list.

Aleer, Dean & Schlensog are the obvious ones and could be really decent options for us given our need for key position players.

I’m still really keen on Bailey Lambert after watching him closely before the MSD. His skillset and trick bag is top shelf as a forward half player.

Voss could be a speculative pick given his supposed rapid rate of improvement.

Wilkinson was super impressive as a low possession but high impact pressure forward player. His speed and tackling pressure in the forward half would be team best for us.

Whilst I don’t think we’ll even consider him, the reality is that Hammelmann would be close to our best key forward if he came in too (without fully knowing how Freddy will perform).

- Sam Darcy Bid on @ #2 Dogs requiring approx 2000 points

- Pies make play for Dog's pick 23 trading 2 of our Pick's (Eg 38 and 46 + maybe something in future like a swap of hawks third for dogs third?)

- Use 23 to get back into 2nd round of 2022 and ensure we have enough points to cover a Daicos bid at 3 (eg Geelong pick 50 + Geelong Future 2nd for pick 23)

Dib gets a write up. Hopefully we get him with one of our late junk picks in the 70s.

Can always delist someone like Murphy and re-rookie him for the final year of his contract

But I think he’ll be gone by then given his attributes, contested footy stats and his early impact at VFL level

I'd be having a very close look at Charlie Dean. He's 195cm and with Roughead out of contract at the end of 2022, as well as being closer to the end than the start, we need to shore up our key position defensive stocks.

From what I've seen, despite him being 2-3cm shorter than the really big key forwards these days, he marks the ball well, has good disposal and is able to be an attacking option as well.

Speaking of -

God I hope this guy is available at our later picks and we take him.

Just so smooth, creative and makes the right decisions.

When I watched Daicos play he is the other Player that Stood out for me would have to Trade back Pretty High say 2nd Round to have a Chance

Don't know how you could watch him play and be impressed. Pro, does everything right including taking the skin off the chicken I'm sure, just doesn't have any ability.
I was more impressed by his intercept marking. This doesn't really show it here though.
I saw him live in quite a few games.

Is very athletic and has pace. Averaged around 18 disposals

Yeah, medium sized defender, who has a leap and intercerpt, Bit similar to Howe.

Not a fan of drafting these out and out defender types.. unless they're exceptional.. you can throw half the squad down back and they'll do a reasonable job. 2-3 for the price of 1.. ala Ruscoe.

Yeah, fair enough. Probably not a need.

If we were contemplating taking him in the ND then we would have nominated him, it’s that simple. If you want him on the list then the best chance of your wish coming true is that he’s overlooked and we’re able to move Keane back to cat A to select him as a cat B before the rookie draft, but I’m not even sure that’s possible at this point.
Either way, he’s not a player anyone should lose sleep over.

Saw a bit of him as well, goes ok but a long way off it - some poor decisions as well.

Collingwood basically uses Oakleigh as its unofficial academy with no obligation or guarantee. Sort of like an NBA G-League side in a very vague sense.
