Been talked about alot over the years but Richmond look like a good team but not great without Dusty.

They will keep making finals but don't look like a genuine premiership threat going forward.

There are different models but it does show that sometimes you only need one elite player and then a lot of good players that contribute around them to win a flag. You don't need half a dozen superstars.
