They've most likely offered him something he doesn't want to sign. If he has better offers elsewhere we know how that ends unless they up the offer.Big disconnect between coaches and list management if he doesn't get a new deal since he's been an automatic 22 player when healthy since he got here.
he is most certainly not the player I would have low balled. I like him as a player - tough, efficient and knows how to defendThey've most likely offered him something he doesn't want to sign. If he has better offers elsewhere we know how that ends unless they up the offer.
lol, exactly the kind of player the AFC does not want. We prefer weak, inefficient and runs one way.he is most certainly not the player I would have low balled. I like him as a player - tough, efficient and knows how to defend
Again, a big disconnect then if we're low balling a guy the coach clearly has in his best 22.They've most likely offered him something he doesn't want to sign. If he has better offers elsewhere we know how that ends unless they up the offer.
Losing Hill, GWS will need a small forward. Luckily we have an excess of them in McHenry, Rowe and Murphy! Swap all 3 for hopper
Murphy, McHenry, Rowe may fold their club.FFS what did GWS ever do to you?
I wouldnt wish that even on Port. lol.
Yeah, I would have thought that was obvious. We have a glut of kids which means we have to wait to see if they make it. Normally a list is more spread out in age and the delistings take care of themselves.
Have there been any sides younger than us in history that have been competitive? How do they know we won't be competitive?
It's not like we've tried it and it's failed
Huh - that seems like one of the most innocuous and inarguable statements ever made.Nothing to controversial there is there...that's it in total..
It's been years since we've lost a player we wanted to keep, isn't it?One day those outside Victoria will come to the realization, its still the VFL competition that has feeder Clubs in all states.
What's the evidence of that?lol, exactly the kind of player the AFC does not want. We prefer weak, inefficient and runs one way.
No, they'll just sign him later, once they know what they need for any new players they're targetting and they have visibility on list spots.Again, a big disconnect then if we're low balling a guy the coach clearly has in his best 22.
I hate admitting this but the sad fact is we don't have any players good enough for another club to want to poach them! It's been years since we've lost a player we wanted to keep, isn't it?
Actually it isn’t, we’ve drafted average players, we’ve re-signed players and given long term deals to players we shouldn’t have.Yeah, I would have thought that was obvious.
Clearly delusional.First centre bounce R1 2023.
Sloane/mcrouch, laird and keays..
Toranto playing half back
JHF on a wing.
Go ahead.. laugh.
It's been years since we've lost a player we wanted to keep, isn't it?
IMO trading Sholl would be a surprising move .....I understand the education on developing a more contested gameInterestingly on SEN they just said Sholl to Carlton will not be happening. Given they like to create drama this surprises me and I take it on face value despite their track record showing their are incompetent
Thats why geelong and richmond would be in the box seat. Their 1st round picks are much more in the hitting zone than ours isAt least we have equal billing now with other suitors .....would be a great pickup ....correct age group
Being overtaken by Tom Green, who's going to be a superstar in the GWS midfield
Trade would be interesting .....certainly not worth pick 3/4

From 2014Have there been any sides younger than us in history that have been competitive?
The famous 'Baby Bombers' of 1993 had an average age of 24y 106d in the 1993 Grand Final.
The Pies of 2010 were even younger at 24y 57d.
Meanwhile the Carlton team of 2002 averaged over 26y at round 1 and came last.
Yeah I heard that. Maybe it's another club like north or he stays until ooc and clubs may pick him up for nothing if we delist him.Interestingly on SEN they just said Sholl to Carlton will not be happening. Given they like to create drama this surprises me and I take it on face value despite their track record showing their are incompetent
I think getting rid of players we don't want to keep is a pretty good strategy. We’ve gotten around it by not wanting to keep them.
That's actually very interesting - thanks for that.From 2014
The Age Factor

Hawthorn 25y 227d 6. Western Bulldogs 25y 134d 7. Carlton 25y 106d 8. Essendon 25y 89y 9. West Coast 25y 85d 10...www.bigfooty.com
