Lmao. Josh Schache... Christ.

I keep seeing this show up. I highly doubt a player hates a footy club that much to the point where they wouldn't even look at going there when it's contract negotiation time.

Where does this stuff even come from?
He was pissed of as an 18yo for getting dropped for Zac Dawson in Peel’s premiership year. He’s now a 23yo professional football player, and you’d expect he’s more mature, so if he happened to want to come home, then I wouldn’t think his hatred would be so strong he’d overlook an opportunity that may suit him in terms of money / contract length in favour of something that happened 5 years ago. If he’s still holding onto that then he’s nothing more than a petulant child. 💁🏻‍♀️

Just doesn’t pass the pub test, losing 3 best 22 players, 4 including Mundy

Tougher draw, a developing forward line, light on key defenders - I don’t see us making the 8 next year, but 2024 onwards hopefully

Nor sure we could have a tougher draw than the one we had this year.

For me Tucker has played 100 odd games for club and has been average in at least 80 of them. We haven't seen his best footy for at least two years. I cannot see a scenario where he can contribute to a Grand Final win as part of the 22.

Just because he has some experience doesn't make him good depth. I see any trade that results in us not paying the last year of his contract as beneficial to the club tbh.
and Hughes has been average at best for all of his games but people are talking him up and want to keep him.

Hamling has looked good the past 6 weeks if you bothered to watch WAFL. I was the most critical judge of Hamling earlier in the year but his turnaround leading into finals and on Sunday has been very promising. He is getting back to the Hamling pre-injury. This is after he actually got a AFL game in round 2. I have read the same comments from a number posters who have watched WAFL regularly.
I think he was being sarcastic.

Much stronger would be his loyalty or otherwise to the Dogs. Part of which, as has become painfully exposed, is the relative strengths of the contracts.

Great, more list clutter. Probably not even worth it on the Brodie deal where we get paid to take him. Would be very critical of Bell and co. if this option was explored further than the necessary due dilligence.

Hopefully we play Carlton once and North twice now.
Zero chance. Teams finishing top 6 only get one double up against teams finishing bottom 6, and thats the eagles for us. We'll get four double ups from the top 12

Eagles, GWS and St Kilda twice? I reckon they can make it worse, watch this space
Some of that is luck of the draw. GWS' plight this year wasn't foreseen and every chance it could happen to someone else around us (maybe even us) next year. We got the Saints at both bad and good times. The WC x2 is a constant.

We played the premier x2 and had an insanely stacked run to the last two rounds (and imagine if GWS did get it together this year).
