I think outside Aleer and Davis they don't have any currently.

Isaac Cumming was one that has been linked to us in the past since he's from Broken Hill, but don't think he's any chance of getting pried out since he's got 2 more years on his deal.

Not sure contract status means much to GWS at this stage, considering their salary cap situation.

Media keep labelling it a 'salary dump', but keep referencing players making way who are out of contract (Hopper only has one year left). Trading these players just means they won't be adding to the salary cap issue, but it's not a cap dump by its definition. If they're looking for real salary cap relief (actually bringing it down), particularly in light of the fact that some of their contracted players have back-ended contracts, which makes future years worse, then they need to put a few contracted players up for grabs. This is a proper salary cap dump.

I don't care what anyone says, I would seriously look at Lachie Whitfield for a negligible pick, and a salary dump for GWS. Back in Burgess to get his body right and we would go a long way to helping with speed around the ground. Same thing happened with Tom Scully

Edit: For those about to lose their minds at bringing in a 28 year old, keep in mind we are the youngest team in the AFL, and we desperately need to start bringing in some experience in certain areas of the park. We are sorely lacking outside run.

Taranto, Bruhn and Hill are all out of contract, and should have 1st/2nd round draft pick valuations. Hopper I think will still command a 1st rounder, likely Geelong's wherever that lands.

You'd imagine that GWS will want to maximise the quality that they bring into the team from the Draft.

Trading the above players could see GWS with multiple 1st round draft picks. I can definitely see them trying to work their way up the draft order.

We should be asking the question about pick swaps with GWS, whilst also looking at their contracted players.

Who would I want on that wish-list aside from Whitfield?

Twomey had us as having interviewed Connor Stone on multiple occasions and showing big interestin his draft year.

Probably where Rendell got the idea.

What would people think of us getting Keeffe for salary cap only?
I've always admired his athleticism for his size (and he's 206 tall isn't he?). Would he be a helpful addition for a backup KPD which is useful when we're playing teams with dual monster forwards or 3 talls?

Watching a few of the you tube trade rumour vids made by randoms and they all seem to be mentioning Yeo to the crows. These vids are rarely accurate but anyone heard this rumour? He seems a bit cooked to me. 28 yeas of age so not the age group I would have thought they would be targetting.

Supposedly Yeo and Matt Crouch struck up a friendship when they were both super injured the last few years. Bit of a weird rumour though.
