In terms of 1st round picks, whilst I love a good death ride, I’d prefer picks 2 & 8 rather than 2 & Port’s 2023 1st. Then at least we know what we are going to get.

Turn JHF into Cadman & Busslinger. Two KPs sorted for our premiership window of 2026 onwards.

Don’t know how Port would get pick 2 and keep pick 8 though.
