Yeah agree i also think he will definitely make it. Dear me he has only been in a AFL system for 5 minutes for a KPF.
Holy shit. He might be great, he might be flipping burger's in 2 years. I genuinely DGAF though. I'm sick of hearing about 1 player as if we overlooked an 18 year old Carey and have had multiple chances to draft a player of his type since. I couldn't care less what some no name football industry parasite that wouldn't have half as much of an idea about our list as the worst poster on this board - and that is saying something - thinks about the NMFC selecting Logan McDonald.

You've been going all-in on Comben I see TAO.

You know my thoughts. He's a great young talent, great attitude.

It's just that he also averages 0.3 games per season that may see this plan come unstuck.
Yes, true he did play 11 games of footy last season.

And they again have fixed his brittle bones.

Hence why I have faith in him. If the Doc says he’s fine , I’m good with that.

He should have played more AFL last season Viney at least agrees with me lol

FB: Ben McKay
CHB: Griffin Logue
C: Luke Davies-Uniacke
CHF: Cam Zurhaar
FF: Nick Larkey

North Melbourne would be pretty happy with their spine as it sits despite coming off successive wooden spoons. The addition of Griffin Logue gives them some extra size in defence and a partner for Ben McKay.

Logue was an excellent swingman for Fremantle, able to hold up at either end of the field, while McKay has been one of the breakout key defenders of recent seasons. He will only get better as the team does.

Speaking of breakouts, Luke Davies-Uniacke was arguably the most improved player in the AFL after the bye in 2022 and will only improve as a tough on-baller with a lot of burst.

The question mark for the Kangaroos is inside 50. Nick Larkey is an excellent young key forward who they can build around. They will likely pair him with a ruckman in Callum Coleman-Jones, Tristian Xerri or Todd Goldstein, but Cam Zurhaar remains their second best goal kicker and can play tall.

North Melbourne’s spine would certainly feel a lot more secure had they taken Logan McDonald in the 2021 National Draft, but they will be satisfied with what they have.

Grade: 7/10

They can't even get our CHB's name right. Plebs.

Holy s**t. He might be great, he might be flipping burger's in 2 years. I genuinely DGAF though. I did not realize my simple post would upset you so much.

Rival clubs have been made aware of North Melbourne’s openness to trading Pick 3 in a deal that would see the Roos appropriately compensated.

Isn't that old new?? We already knew that. Cal Twomey reckons it's more likely we'll take pick 3 into the draft anyway.

Arrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggjhhhhghhhhhhhghgggghhggggggg
Don’t we get after the trade period that “appropriately compensated” means what it says now? Door is open but the offer would have to be very good.

pick 9 and hunter clark wasn’t enough for pick 3 so nothing else will be any better

Is Sultan Kosen worth a look, is only 30 odd years of age, hails from the Turkey so I assume Cat C or whatever.

Has a fair wingspan. FYI at only 137kg's will probably need to fatten up.

Strengths according to Sultan are as follows.

  1. Can see great distances
  2. Good at changing light bulbs
  3. Hanging curtains

Yes or no?
Kemal Attaturk
Bit long in the tooth
Very Handy in defence

P9 and f1? They’ll be bottom four next year.
Maybe before Geoff Walsh entered the building. He’s not stupid enough to do that deal.

I’d say it’s a less then 1% chance of pick 3 getting traded. The only club that would consider trading a future first is GC (due to academy players next year) and even then, they aren’t going to trade up to take one of the Metro boys who are all flight risks.

Essendon, Hawthorn no f*kn chance. It’s just not going to happen ladies and gentleman.

i dont know if its even this. he has the most underwhelming youtube highlights ive ever seen from a potential top 5 pick. i dont get it at all. it must be a stats based thing more than anything.
Couldn’t agree more. It’s odd huh. He seems to get ball, run hard, boot it long. Kicks the ball on the outside of his boot rather than with his left, just something doesn’t feel right.
