What do you think happens with Edwards?
I think he retires or is pushed out similar to Houli last year

Riewoldt & Cotchin will be offered 1 year deals to continue and Edwards will get to 300 games and thanked for his services imo
we need to transition from the older guys slowly
2022 - Lambert , Edwards , Caddy
2023 - Riewoldt , Cotchin , Tarrant

Cheers, I've watched Edward only a few times this year and he looks like he's still got a bit to offer. Your thoughts on what he could offer a young group like ours?

Edwards and Shiel for late picks for me....seeing as they are on the way out...Riewoldt l think will be a 1 team player but if he isn't offered a 1 year deal then l would look at him also...

He has dropped off compared to last few years and our game plan he needs to be quicker and more dynamic so that probably has alot to do with it as well
the kaos brand of hectic football is extremely taxing but he is a very very smart player that understands game plan and tactics.

He has been played across hb in years gone past when houli was injured and was exceptional and is a very good leader thats captained the team in the past as well when trent/jack etc were out.

He would be a good get and is a free agent so wouldnt cost anything in trade terms but would be a wise head and leader for the young players
If i was North administration i would 100% be asking the question in a Hodge style role for a year or 2

great Character and leader

Can somebody please tell me why we overlooked D'Ambrosio, in the MSD?
Not only is our ball use pathetic, out of the backline. It's a shambles, across the field. He is composed, ready to go, skilful, tough and reads the play, extremely well.
He would've been a perfect addition, especially when it comes to kick outs, long term.

For the thousandth ****ing time, we needed a KPD.

If Ford is fit he is in our best 22

I think because we drafted both Goater and Bergman for those areas along with the guys we already have running through there. And we needed a KPD.

You can also almost guarantee we would still be playing Massimo in the VFL and people would be wondering why we didn't sign a KPD.

Because we have Kayno Turner who can play that role.

Pick up Hurn as defence, Cotchin in the mids and Tex Walker/Riewoldt down forward and fix our leadership and experience issues in a single trade period.
2 year contracts with the potential for more if they want to go down the coaching route.
All should be fairly gettable without spending early picks.
We dont need players to smash it every week but we do need those experienced enough to guide and change the training standards.
