He’s just a better option than corr, Walker and Dawson - if you drafted a player of Logues ability with a second rounder you’d be happy
So trading a second rd pick is good business

He doesn’t have elite ball skills or great positional flexibility, but he’s very athletically gifted, a good interceptor, and he has proven he can lock down the Jeremy Cameron level KPFs.

He is the perfect age for our team.
Imagine waiting 3-4 years for a draftee to be ready.

You’re a very strange unit. Where on earth have you seen anyone in this thread over valuing him?. He’s worth a pp19 or ‘23 2nd rounder every day of the week.

He plugs straight into CHB back for us from round 1 and has the chance to make it his own for 6-8 years. Are you upset at us offering him around 600k?… we struggle to pay the minimum in the cap as it is. I’m struggling to see the issue you’re having with this?

So. You watched him for the first time tonight. He is played in the forward line whereas we want to play him in the backline. Despite all this you are able to judge his worth based on one match being played in a different position than we require. Congratulations Nostradamus.

Word is we have an offer in front of him, bigger than Freo's. So seems like they are interested.

Time will tell but a KPD coming into his prime could be in that pick range for sure. Only thing that might make it a third or so is that they low balled him first so we can argue they dont value him - time will tell.

I think its widely understood we dont have enough KPP's , injuries, depth etc so its no surprise we are interrested.

1. No one on BF has any idea what the price will be. Its been media speculation only..

2. Unless you’ve been sleeping on the dark side of the moon, the need for an experienced lock down CHB is the most important recruiting decision this trade/draft period from a club that’s just had two consecutive spoons shoved up it’s a-hole..
