Thing is we shouldn’t have gotten rid of Ratten or Bolton at the time. But we sure as hell should of gotten rid of Teague and should get rid of Voss.

Agree 100%. Ratten and Bolton were hard done by, there are virtually no redeeming qualities in either the Teague or Voss regimes. I would argue given the level of talent and maturity of the respective lists that Voss is by far the most incompetent.

Yeah maybe sack Voss, still doesn't change the fact this list is stale and was vastly overrated by the media, board and supporters and a semi (at least) rebuild is required.

These same core of (senior) players that have sacked 2 coaches already, now very Iikely to cost another one his job..

I don't blame him for taking the job, but it does seem Michael Voss was the wrong choice for our club, but the process as to how he was appointed was embarrassing and seemingly agenda filled

Cripps has form, when he decides the coach is no good, he stops trying. Fantastic player but shocking leader. Look at Ed Curnow as the antithesis of this.

Spot on , sorry for the intrusion, but one other guy from your mob that wears his heart on his Carlton sleeve is , JSOS. End of the day , your Captain should be the pillar of loyalty behind his coach , as great a player as he is , not the type of bloke I would have leading my club. The tail should never wag the dog. Your club needs to realise this and foremost .

Carlton must back Voss. We can’t afford to kill another coach.

Brian Cook is a good operator and said earlier he guaranteed that Voss would coach until the end of next year but said we’d need changes in the football department.

Give the keys to Austin and Cook and see what happens.

Carlton can’t afford to do what Carlton does and find a scapegoat. Voss needs to be surrounded by better assistants, the midfield needs to be completely retooled for the modern game.

Agree with this. And for the players who aren’t turning up to play for yet another coach (the third one for a lot of them) - start shipping them off. Build a culture around those who want to be there and want to play by the instructions given.
