Enjoy last night. Rest, recover, focus on the next - job's not done.

I hate this mob. Oh how I would love to see us smack the shit out of them.

But you just know that they'll be up for it. This is their GF. They love nothing more than beating us and they've done it far too often in recent times.

Very very cautiously optimistic.

Don't worry about danger games.
We are the danger.

Nah, he is supposed to start training next week. If I had to guess he isn't as diligent as doc was.

I should have a clearer update in a week or so

Thanks for the update however is it due to lack of dilligence or ensuring he is right to go?

Didn't Harry have this happen last season as well?

We really need to put these saints away!
Dow in for chez.
Any chance Walsh has activated his miraculous healing powers and will get up for this one?

Even if he is close I would not be risking him in this one.

We have bigger fish to fry on the horizon.

Everyone says it's important that not only your seniors are humming, but your reserves are too.

That helps with list management, recruitment and finding top up players.

Well, the longest current winning streaks in the AFL are Carlton and GWS... ;)

9 day break should do wonders for what are probably some very sore players. The applied pressure and intensity has been astronomical.

Our wings have been playing massive minutes; good chance for them to reset.

Just pick 23 fit players.

Fit and committed to team ethos

I agree mate but the reason TDK had a shocker is because he played as a forward/ruck. He isn't a forward and we've seen that time and time again so I don't know why we continue to try and turn him into one.
One of the reasons was that we needed to be able to ensure that they couldn't double and triple team Charlie . Jack Martin helped here but tdk was important.

Same reason why Pittonet started forward last night.

Draw an opponent away from Charlie, and bring the ball to ground for our smalls to impact the game.

Neither Pitto nor TDK were great last night, but they both were very important.

50 games for Lachie Fogarty

Congratulations to him for proving me and a lot of us wrong and really contributing in a meaningful way to the team.

Been a fabulous and unexpected turn around from Fog, lots of credit to him for his hard work and Vossy and the coaches for believing in him

8 day break , reserves players will be keen to play well today, plenty of opportunities on offer. Club now in a great position to continue the attack, blanket the st kilda ruckmans influence around the ground, smash them through the corridor. Wave at the supporters as they leave at three quarter time. Go BLUES.
Quite a few of the boys will be very happy with an 8 day break,to chill a bit an freshen up for the Saints.
