Crows would have kept Pick 2,3 if in North's position, the caveat being if the Number 1 pick was a Mid from SA.

But North have a plethora of early picks. Another is not going to make much of a difference.

Reid is that good. But also he has a huge profile. Their media and sponsorship team would be begging the recruiters to take him.

Alternatively there is the factor that they may be scared off Pick 1s due to JHF lol.

There's absolutely nothing stopping Reid being poached from North by a Vic club that isn't anchored to the bottom of the ladder.

People seem to be assuming that it's safe for North to pick him and he'll never leave.
