Sorry meant to include this quote along with Greys and yep I get the criteria but some other names of McRae and Williams gives it some credibility IMOOur players and coaches voting for the coaches doesn't really add value to this.

That is my small concern too.Has a lot of upside, though less exposed form as a true midfielder?
Yep we might get more idea in next month in CTL gamesThat is my small concern too.
OK I will try again - and nothing else from me so happy for you to 'do a George' (have the last say ). The award looked to run 2012 and 2013 and then stopped until 2022 (for whatever reason). I hardly 'cherry picked'No
I also noted you cherry picked the names
I assume you mean Choco not Shotgun and Craig McRae was in 2013
Just a step in his own personal development - do you think McRae presented the Collingwood Board with his plaque he received?
2023 | Michael Godden (Adelaide Crows) |

2023 | Mark Williams (Melbourne) |
2022 | Michael Godden (Adelaide) |
2013 | Chris Maple (Western Bulldogs) |
2012 | Craig McRae (Collingwood) |
The Development Coach of the Year has been reintroduced in 2022 for the first time since 2013. It is awarded based on input from both players and coaches, on a 50-50 basis. Coaches are asked to rate development coaches at their club, based on their overall performance this year, allocating each a score out of 10 (10 being the highest) and then obtaining an average. This is matched by an average score out of 10 from their playing group to determine an overall score.
You can keep your passive aggressive BS to yourselfOK I will try again - and nothing else from me so happy for you to 'do a George' (have the last say ). The award looked to run 2012 and 2013 and then stopped until 2022 (for whatever reason). I hardly 'cherry picked'
I dont need to read anymoreFrom what I could see from this site AFL coaches official site https://aflcoaches.com.au/awards/development-coach-of-the-year, the only 4 winners of this award are:

Your boy Polky now invited to the extended State Combine...
Jeffcrowe that lad I mentioned Sam Toner another call up, not surprised given what I've seen the last couple of games, highly dangerous tallish medium forward. Still find it hard to believe Zak Johnson and Lucca Grego didn't get a National Combine invite, would happily draft them with our 2nd pick onwards. Thankfully Ollie Hannaford now gets a chance to strut his stuff too, hard nosed as any in this draft.

Taj Garrett?Long term view - Taj Barrett 15 is already attracting interest from clubs who see his aerobic capacity
But he is a Gold Coast fan and loved touring GCs venue while up there with the U/16s
brother of LeifTaj Garrett?
Leif visited my high school in Adelaide many many years agobrother of Leif
Something I wouldn’t shareLeif visited my high school in Adelaide many many years ago
Shaking like a Leif thenThe older tough lads at Marion High heckled the bejesus out of him and he was taken away very promptly by his minders
Request of Port & Crows maybe hahaInteresting that Sid is ‘managed’ this week at South Adelaide. Especially when the league had a bye last weekend
He left Marion high school in tears after getting sledgedLeif visited my high school in Adelaide many many years ago
He had the last laugh though. His music is timeless. He left Marion high school in tears after getting sledged
Hamstring awareness, not worth the risk to play.Sorry if it’s already been covered on this board but can anyone shed light if/why Draper is being “managed” this week, particularly after the bye last week? Pretty confident he’ll be an Eagle or a Crow next year.
