Can someone explain the trade we did for boxshall. Seems pretty steep price to pay.

Dudes had some hype over here.
Keep in mind that R2 might take a long time to start next year with more academy nonsense. Getting a player we know we like in now much better than an unknown in a less desirable draft.

Plus, he's Huge Box. You literally cannot go past him.

I didn't watch many games, but from what I did see, I didn't see much in Hoffman. Was pretty surprised to hear talk of a bid coming in the 30s.

Wouldn't lose much sleep about missing Cole and Hoff. Would rather Cole if we can only grab one.

As the dust settles, I think we should all agree we have had a fantastic draft. Added quality across all lines, all in keeping with our game style and with huge upside.

To those who have embarrassed themselves with wild emotional swings, unfounded statements and knee-jerk reactions, use this time to look inward and work on yourselves x

If his nickname isn't Simon are we even trying anymore?

Can't wait to get down to training to watch this crop!
I am going to struggle with 3 of them. The two blondes and the beanstalk will stand out, Barrett, Boxhall and Said may be difficult.

Anyone got an inkling as to why Davis hasn't gotten picked yet?
WAFL Colts has tendency to be lower quality than other leagues so his performances might not be rated as highly.

Also being a tallish half forward/utility is probably not very desirable at this stage of the draft - jack of all trades master of none type thing.

I am just too jaded after all the hoopla after the 2022 draft. Still deflated about Hotton and Keeler.

Keeler?

He's still got heaps of time.

Has played back, forward and ruck as part of his development. Could be anything!
