He said.

Jagga is the favourite to Carlton.

Langford or Draper to Adelaide.

Tauru or Langford at Melbourne

And Richmond flew over to WA and met Allan last week - he could go 10/11 but is likely off the board and is a consideration for 6.

He said if Adelaide don’t take Draper - pretty much he gets to us at 7.

Smillie would be available at 8. But Richmond could hope he gets through to 10. But that is unlikely.

I don’t want to create mass boner alerts for this board.

But Twomey just said there is a chance - albeit unlikely that Bo Allan goes at 6 and we get 2 of Langford Draper or Smillie at 7 & 8.
There would be no reason why it would benefit Tigers for this to get out. Presumably nobody will be taking Allan before 6.

It’s a darn good development for us if it’s true.

His point was that Allan sounds gone at either our pick 8 or Melbournes pick 9.

So he doesn’t get there. But Richmond really like him.

I think we can be confident we are going to get an excellent midfielder at #7 be it Langford, Draper or Smillie. It was interesting to hear the Brisbane recruiting manager he thought Langford deserved to be considered at pick #1.

We would be in dream land to get two of those three mids - its like waiting for the best Xmas EVER!

It will be interesting to see where Twomey has Allan in his phantom. Pick 6, 8 or 9? (before bids).

I’d be surprised if Langford made it to our pick because (from the sounds of it) both Adelaide and Melbourne are seriously considering him. If, as seems likely, Tauru is off the before when Melbourne picks, then they will take Langford (if he’s there).

It sounds as if the 2 sliders are likely to be Smillie and Draper (if Tigers draft Allan at pick 6). That would do us nicely, thank you very much. Use picks 7 & 8 then try to “buy-in” shortly after.

Don't get me wrong, Misso is a boring bloke, but what is the point of these interviews? We don't get anything new that hasn't already gone around the media and/or Big Footy for the past fortnight

"Yeah gday Cal and Riles, we're actually looking to take the worst available, hoping for a couple of plodders and/or list cloggers to really frustrate our fans for the next decade and we're really excited that we're in a great position to be able to do that"
What do you mean...what is the point? lol.

Yeah, f*** all is said in these interviews but the fact six people are quoting Misson live in this thread says there is plenty of point.

Yes. Our future first only really assumes any sort of tradable value after this year's
first round is done - even if coupled with 32. Clubs likely to finish below us next year, who have 2 2025 first round picks, and appear motivated to get back into the first round this year , simply have more to offer.
