If we get a sliding mid it is because someone has taken Tarau.

Otherwiae, we then swap 7 and our frdp and maybe 32 for Tigers 10 and 11 works for me. Or If someone comes shopping for Travaglia at 7 or 8, say GWS then it's 7 or 8 and 32 for 15 and 16.

20% chance Tigers get Tarau we get 8 10 and 11

10% chance Tigers take Tarau GWS take TT we get 10,11,15,16

20% chance GWS take one of the Ts we get 8,15,16

40% chance we just take 7 and 8 as no one wants to play

10% chance the one I am hoping for is we get a sliding mid and then take one of the Ts at 8

If all the gun top prospect mids are gone by our pick which they are in Twomey's guide then what exactly do people want the club to do?

Pick a mid that's less talented purely because it’s a position of need?
There’s no real mids we can take besides … Reid… but for whatever reason we obviously do not rate him. He mentioned on gettable today the clubs that have met with him in the last week and we are not one. I’d be more inclined to take Xavier Lindsay as I really rate his midfield prospects, leadership, speed and kicking. I think he’s more composed than TT aswell which would hold him in good stead around the clinches. Apart from that I’d be in favour of trading 8 for some picks in the teens if all pure mids are gone and having a few stabs at it the group from 8-20 are extremely even.

If we can't have genuine mids then give me some x-factor and nuts athleticism who's ceiling could be stratospheric .... something to get excited about

Tauru / Allen .... absolutely fine

Truly stumped about Reid slipping .... a kid who has class, time, vision, well skilled, cool under pressure and who can football ...... just size seems to be an issue and some think his speed yet he has shown he can motor if required ..... some club is going to get a very smart footballer

Same 20 meter sprint as o Sullivan. Has grown to 182 so not a complete midget. Has to be his running capacity that is the factor with us. Has to be Ross related I think. Whoever gets him will get a gem.

One more sleep till this misery ends

We may not all make it

Yep pretty much. Looks like it will be the same types of reactions for Travaglia regardless, can't play apparently.
Its not that he can't play ... he can ... a nice footballer who loves kicking it long to a contest .... can run a bit for sure but not sure he has many other tricks .... for me he is well over rated as a top 10 pick

187cm .... not small but not big .... plays mainly as an intercepting half back which we currently have plenty of ..... good runner but very skinny and doesn't seem to have the body type to put on muscle and thicken out

I compared him to Bergman who is actually taller with similar skill set ..... Bergman may even have more x factor .... he was a bolter in his draft year but hasn't set the world on fire

Would you pay a top pick 10 for Bergman?

What happened to Smillie to Richmond at pick 6?
They want Bo Allan just as much and are worried us or Melbourne take him at 7/8/9

So it’s a coin flip according to Cal that he might go 6 as the tigers think Smillie is a bigger chance to get through to p10

1. Lalor
2. FOS
3. Smith
4. Draper
5. Tauru/Langford
6. Allan
7. Smillie
8. Langford/Tauru

(Not taking Ashcroft into account)

Imagine if this happened. O baby!

The consensus seems to be he's top ten. He gets a ton more of the ball than Bergman, averaged about ten more disposals a game in under 18s.

If we think he becomes elite then I'm not sure it matters what position he plays. You can't have enough elite players. If he's the best player there then it seems a no brainer.

Hi guys, looks like this deal is a possibility, would suit both clubs imo.

This clown also had Lalor Jagga and Smillie going to Richmond.

I bet that’s happening too!!

But in all seriousness. What would suit both clubs is a win win scenario.

So let’s start with your pick 10 + ?
