My biggest concern is that Twomey has Travaglia picked ahead of Tauru... I'd be more than happy to pick Tauru at 7 and then split 8 to get two of the players available in the teens (eg. Reid, Allan, Hynes, Shanahan, Lindsay).

However if we pick Travaglia and then split pick 8 while Tauru is available, I will genuinely melt. Full on toastie.

We could just as easily trade pick 7.

He’s the guy I’d worry the most about in the top dozen being a bust. He did play a great quarter in one of the championship games I watched. It was funny because he wasn’t getting kicks just because he was bigger and stronger which impressed me, then he just went missing and did very little.

It didn’t scream midfield beast that’s for sure, anyway as with all of them once we pick them I just hope like hell they turn into stars.

Twomey saying Smillie dominated early in the season against other mids until he started facing bigger mids like Langford where he struggled.

If you knew for sure you are getting a brownlow medallist, you'd throw next year's first in as well. But there are no guarantees with the draft. The more first rounders we have, the greater the prospect of hitting the jackpot
