The intercepting isn't getting enough attention. Travaglia was one of the best (if not the best) at the champs in that regard. Contested and uncontested.

I get that people want a clearance beast and Travaglia isn't that. If we do end up taking him, I think people will warm to him. More scores come from intercepts than from clearances. The best presents are the ones you didn't know you wanted.
I'm hoping if we end up with Travaglia and play him off HB it allows NWM to push up into the midfield.

If we traded 7&8 for pick 2 in 2017 we could have had LDU already so its not that black and white
For all the sooking this year about missing the top 6 picks,
That years top 6 was a level above this one and there is no way north would have dealt.
Also let’s say they did, every chance we use the pick on paddy Dow. 😂

Those inside the club are hoping Pick 7 draftee Tony Transylvania can turn into the next Alistair Smith, Tom Ledger or Warrick Andreoli.
Big night ahead.

Everyone here trying to convince themselves that Travalgia and Tauru are our saviours.

How many wins has he played in ?. One player like LDU can’t do it on his own, we needed to hit with both picks, there’s a universe where that’s a fit injury free Clark and Naughton.

There’s not 1 mid in this draft I’d trade 7/8 for and I’m glad we haven’t panicked and thrown them at north. We need plenty and anyone who thinks otherwise is in for a nasty surprise imo.

The idea is to contend for and win flags. This is Jerry Jones crap, 29 years and counting and he’s justifying that buy saying we’ve been around the rim. No if fact they haven’t and sooner or latter they’ll need to invest in building a team just like we are.

If there’s a cap and a draft you need to do a lot right and hope for luck to fall your way.

A couple of intercept marks .... a lot of link up handballs .... some turnovers (some bad) and quite a few long kicks down the line to no advantage

A few shorter link up kicks

Nothing x-factor or mid like

Pick 7 or 8

Good thing the recruiters watch more than 1 game before making an assessment of a kid.

Anyone explain how he are getting anyone to trade out of Top 10 ???

I feel like I am definitely missing something.

If there's a player another club wants at one of our picks, they pay up and we'll consider it? There are a few with the capital to make a good enough offer if they choose to.
