I think the FA culture isn’t here yet, players prefer success to money as a rule. Look at us 10 years ago, geelong and even the swans, players remain in good teams on less coin to win cups.

I'd suggest that they are not planning on paying Bailey anything which puts us in a good position. Just need to Baz to nominate us as his destination and we can keep the price on the low side.

Like I keep saying the strategy is the strategy.
It’s aligned between the Footy dept and the HFC board and has been for some time.

I get people don’t like losing or worry that being s**t on the weekend means that we’ll never improve, but the talent in the list is still the same, the strategy doesn’t change after a few losses.

Look at the bright side. Least there isn’t calls to try to get the #1 pick this year…

If we trade our first pick this year, for a player that will help us make and win finals I’m all for it. If the club decides to keep it and keep investing in youth, I’m also for it. The season has just started. People need to relax and wait and see how the season plays out first.
