Agree. Falls away at 22. But mainly because of youngsters pushing up not quite afl standard ie Curtin, Edwards, Dowling etc
If we had to choose between Murphy and Ned for a second small forward position, who would it be? I am starting to lean a bit more in the Ned direction as I think Murphy has probably hit or is so close to hitting his ceiling. Ned can run all day, and cover a lot of ground. That is why he sometimes can find himself in space.
The club just put Murphy in the leadership group.
I think we better start putting burgess back full time starting this week. Not sure why we'd persist with him up forward given our stocks there and our depleted backline

As might that Burgess has just arrived after multiple years at GC.
Has Schoey morphed into Stiffy Johncock? Looking like he’s been in a good paddock!
I really don’t think the lad is fair dinkum about getting the best out of himself.
I know that Schoey is recovering from a major injury but I don’t think I have seen a more overweight AFL footballer. I have great doubts that he will play AFL again.
I also like the Jordon Butts Zoolander impression.
He’s not actually overweight he just genetically stores a lot of his fat in his face

I'm fairly certain he will eat another donut though.
His torso profile is very similar to Laird's next to him, so unless he doesn't carry fat around his love handles, I'd guess he carriesca fat face and that it's a terrible angle. Coz it does look a bit similar to Dew at Brownlow otherwise.

I’m more concerned about Shoey‘s poor preparation and propensity to get on the sauce. The amount of photos I get sent from my hospo mates of the lad partying or with a drink in his hand is more than concerning. Your career is in the balance. Stop drinking ffs.
Doesn't look that bad, has quite a lot of definition through the arms. Some people just carry weight in the face.

Last year Smith finished up playing some football on the wing
I wonder if that will continue to be an option? Milera, Hinge, Michalanney - getting a bit squeezy down there especially if Nankervis and/or Curtin can put some pressure on

Also the trend really is to generate considerable movement from those half back positions - this is what St Kilda is going to do next level, what Carlton does and Daicos did for Collingwood. Smith doesn't really have the pace to be this guy for us.
Looks like Hinge is firmly back, and I'm still holding out for Milera.

Based bigmans reports it sounds like he’ll be at hb, but I’d prefer to him on a wing. I think it would be best for him and Hinge/Milera.

Can't see Nank playing ahead of Smith. Not convinced Curtin makes it either, continuity credits have started and he's on 0, Borlase on 2. Murphy plays too, probably ahead of Berry.
