Yep, our 22 is significantly different to their 22 at this stage.

Would be good if we could say to them we’ll pay more for cumming to increase the compensation (free capital) and reduce the pick we need to pay for peatling.
You can generate a better pick using money which can help both parties.

And since we are the giving type - we will even include Lachlan Murphy in the trade.
