Wasn't trying to make a point that Greene shouldn't have been penalised
My recollection is that Judd did get penalised, or at the very least that Caro & others absolutely teed off on him
rumour
AFL went with the old "suspend the duds and fine the good players" move
If we are planning on delisting someone and taking an extra player in the draft, we haven't exactly left ourselves many picks to do it. We would presumably need to trade back in.

We still have to delist at least 2 senior players minimum to make the mandatory 3 draft picks
I wouldn’t imagine spenze meant the ol’ delist and re-rookie moveWe still have to delist at least 2 senior players minimum to make the mandatory 3 draft picks
Sure, bit I'm assuming the rumour is referring to actual delistings, rather than players who will be re-drafted.We still have to delist at least 2 senior players minimum to make the mandatory 3 draft picks

Apologies if already posted, but confirmation Bello has departed:
Interesting, the rumour was that the assistant coming in was one from/with links to Richmond!
And there it is, now we know the reason for the ridiculous penalties.
I got the feeling he thought breaking this story was part of his own redemption. He's a strange bloke with his posh accent, hair plugs, short arms and big hands.Ahh Tom Morris
The perfect guy to report on this sort of thing.
We should give ourselves the option of trading back in on the night if there is a player available when we were not expecting... as we can always not upgrade Keane or rooke list Welsh.Few options:
1: trade two F3’s for a F2 and trade the F1 into this year (risky, but would do it for the right player)
2: split our own F1 for another club’s F1/F2 and a 2024 pick
3: trade one or two F3’s for a pick this year
That said, if we’re taking another player, it makes trading 46 for a F3 even more puzzling
A rumor of hope it seemsIs this hope or rumour
BothWe should give ourselves the option of trading back in on the night if there is a player available when we were not expecting... as we can always not upgrade Keane or rooke list Welsh.
We should be delisting Burgess or Smith & pick them backup if we don't trade back in.
Rookie a ruck maybe? If we are planning on delisting someone and taking an extra player in the draft, we haven't exactly left ourselves many picks to do it. We would presumably need to trade back in.
Yeah I’m pretty sure we can choose to upgrade Keane after the ND, if we wish to do so, so that worksWe should give ourselves the option of trading back in on the night if there is a player available when we were not expecting... as we can always not upgrade Keane or rooke list Welsh.

Not sure if we can afford to pay out both, but surely we can afford to pay out Burgess as would be on minimum chips. Both
You can get punished by your workplace without doing anything illegal.Only gives more reason for the suspended players to take the AFL and GWS to court. Show me where the illegal is?
THE AFL has ordered Collingwood forward Jordan De Goey to make a $10,000 charity donation as punishment for his drunken brush with the law in the US. Collingwood stood down De Goey in October after it emerged the 25-year-old had been arrested for his involvement in a drunken incident in a New York nightclub.
The incident was being arrested for groping women which he then repeated in Bali 7 months later and not once was he suspended.
think delisted player is what the go isIf we are planning on delisting someone and taking an extra player in the draft, we haven't exactly left ourselves many picks to do it. We would presumably need to trade back in.
