Except McAdam wasn't valued as pick 25 at time of trade. More like 32.
At ANBs age he's worth around 35. Why do they magically just get a 10 pick upgrade because they were shit this year?

I think you will find that pick 20 might well go in the Rioli deal. I suspect its going to end up like your deal except we won't be getting anything back other than Luko
So it will look like

Crows in: ANB Luko + 38
Out: 25, 42 and F2

Edit. If it did end up like that, I would be fine with it as we maintain our pick 4 and F1 in that scenario and still get a second pick in this draft - maybe that ruck Mutineer was mentioning as Dodson will be long gone by then

Yep, prime candidate who should be paid out early and draft another ruck in with an eye to the future. Very poor list management to have not done this sooner. 29, good SANFL ruck but lacks AFL attributes - doubt he'd be on any other list?

Toby Murray appears to be developing OK, but I imagine he's more of a replacement for Himmelberg than ROB.

Wouldn't be too sure about that especially if Rankine plays more midfield, he's not a small forward in the ANB mold, he's an opportunist like Rankine, Papley types when at his best.
