Is it just me or are Southport playing like a bunch of washed up could have beens, who strutt around the local pub telling everyone they are the greatest player to never have got a shot at the big time and the only reason they didn't make it was the bias of the coaches.

Having known, and been close to a couple of ex-Southport players, this is nail on the head stuff.

I dare say this has been the most consistent run of good form in the 2's he's shown. I feel like there's something there to work with.

I like that Magor looks for a target and keeps possession with his kicking. When often at VFL level, it is very scrappy rushed kicks forward and missed targets.

He also seems to be stronger which has helped his defence and winning contested possessions.

So I can see him fitting into the senior side if he can improve other aspects of his game.
