So im only new here but seeing Tigers fans coming in here trying to haggle like we are all list managers and trying to convince us to agree to their pro-Richmond views of how the trade should look is fckn bizarre to me

What is the rationale? Do they think if they can convince us Freo fans to see things their way and agree on a certain set of terms being fair that itll somehow affect the real trade?

Do they think the list managers lurk here looking for intel or ideas?

Honestly, while its not the fun answer mostly a lot just like talking about footy. Now, I'm sure even subconsciously a lot think they can convince others they know better and can educate others who don't understand like they do but I think for the most part its fairly innocent motives.

I don’t believe it, but maybe it never was 10 & 18 in isolation from us. Maybe it was always 10 & 18 with 20/23 coming back, and Richmond wanted 11 so we’ve agreed to let 11 go only on the basis of a 3 pick downgrade.

After all, no-one who has been involved in the negotiations has given a definitive. It’s only been media speculation.

Pick 10, 11 and 30 for Bolton and 14 (and maybe later pick swaps no one cares about) wouldn’t surprise me.

Richmond would care more about their overall result so if Pick 30 gets them Pick 6 and Pick 23 from Gold Coast it could be a winner for them despite letting us off a little lighter than expected.
