Did it recently to and from Adelaide, prefer it to the Hume to be honest!
I've never driven the Hume.

The Western and Dukes highways is a pretty easy drive, but it's dull as dishwasher (just dry shrubs through the Wimmera). Going via the Great Ocean Road adds a bit more time, but it's ultimately worth it.

The Hume is even duller. At least on the Western Hwy you have to keep your eyes on the potholes

Salman Butt
Chris Gayle
Marlon Samuels
Kevin Pietersen
Arjuna Ranatunga (c)
Ben Stokes (vc)
Jonny Bairstow (wk)
Stuart Broad
Harbhajan Singh
Shoaib Akhtar
Mohammed Asif

12th Man: Sreesanth

Coach: Brendon McCullum
I assume this is an all time campaigner XI? Where is my man André Nel?
Akhtar was good value imo, not sure what he's doing there. Also Graeme Smith has to open and Brad Haddin keep wicket

Rana not up to test level .
They'll have to make a change there .
Rana seems to be a project player, they'll presumably hope he develops into a quality bowler in a couple of years. Alternatively they could drop him and that'll be it.

India have too much fast bowling talent to give Rana 100 Tests to prove himself like they did with I'mshit Sharma.

If you’re in a hurry, SA is a drivers drive.
To Sydney is like snorting chloroform!
