Penalties for slow over rates are a joke, especially as slow over rates are the norm these days. How much over rate time is wasted by batsmen, DRS etc?

They will continue to be a joke if captains disregard paying patrons from days 1-2-3 by saying ‘we had heaps of time left on days 4/5’ as Stokes did the other day.
