The kid buste dhis thumb preseason, could have had an op, but decided to play and gain experience, lined up on guns in Johnson (Bris) and Hird (Ess) and got a footy lesson...all the better for it!!!

Nobody at carlton or their fans said he should have won the NAB Rising Star....Selwood had that in the bag....so show me where and when anybody said Gibbs would win it???
