Yeah in hindsite. Tarrant played some bloody good footy last year though and we were a bs goal review from going deep in finals.

Prestia also did his hammy. We weren’t getting past Melbourne.

If number 46 ever starts really believing in himself, he is an AFL footballer. Some very nice tapouts and body work at different times tonight. You can see he gets a bit of stage fright on the set shots. He should overcome that in time. Has such a good range of skills including looking good when he flies for his marks. He is very good in those contests at making sure the crumb falls in our favour. He looks a really handy list item, just needs that confidence to grow. Put a great tackle on late in the match at a crucial time.

His ruckwork was really good last night and will get better with old Nank having a spell.

Looking like an A grader if he can get that run of games to believe he belongs. Moves faster than all our midfielders barring Bolton. Big men like Benjamin Miller don’t grow on trees.

His lack of confidence is a result of lbeing dropped off good performances . A super versitle player who plays multiple tall roles very well.
Should play every week .

Calm down, haha

Has so many of the tools required to be very good. just confidence in his goal kicking - cause he is a very good kick in general. Take his levels of aggression at the ball and contest up a level and we have a good one.

May as well play him for the remainder of the season.
I’m not sure he’s the answer and will be best 22 when Lynch, Gibcus and Himmelberg are available.
The gap between his good and bad is pretty wide I’d like to see more consistency throughout a game. Think that starts with him improving his aerial contests. He needs to be crashing packs, halving marking contests, don’t think anyone is expecting him to be dominating games

Soft as butter. Yet to crash a pack. Scared to have a shot for goal from 35m out. Not a forward.

Young has gone past him in the backline.

Nank, Soldo, Ryan all better in the ruck.

If he is best 22 this time next year we are in strife.

Just watching the replay now. Miller's Goal kicking was shyte. Hmmmmm who else missed from point blank? Nank? Cotch? Jack R etc etc etc I'm surprised how good Miller played. Definitely first in line as KPF/back up ruck. Won a centre bounce hit out in 3 QTR.

Ryan has had a great start to his career but needs some bulk. Ryan Lynch in the fwd line is a bit one dimensional. Soldo is perfect Nank replacement. Been a while since he played. Bauer now injured. Running a bit low on depth. Dusty dominated the game. Pickett got chucked fwd. Took a few marks and goaled.

Didn’t mind his game just wanna see him get more of it. Was as effective as jroo last night.

When he used his body to move the swans player and take his mark gives me hope there’s potential to get better.

I’m buoyed by the thought of gibcus becoming a forward . All the same a 2024 forward line of a up and running Lynch , Miller , Cumberland , Mansell will be better than we’ve had at any time this year

Compared to the Brissy game I thought the Tiges, often Miller, was contesting the mark down the line.
If you are thinking 2023. No Riewoldt. Lynch after a half this season out, might benefit him. Any FA KPF obviously ahead of Miller. Gibcus kicked 3 goals last year and may suck balls up fwd.
If a new coach is Mini 2 KPF have worked better this year and in the past. Trying to play Soldo or Ryan plus 2 KPF didn't work.
