That was a cracking ball. Shame Konstas didn't get a chance to get his eye in. Keen to see him back himself in Sydney. Will be interesting to see if Konstas has the game yet for Test cricket or needs some more time to cook at Shield level, but either way he's an exciting prospect.

He won’t retire. They rarely do. He’ll stay in the team and enjoy the gravy train for as long as he can.

I swear this is said so often in this thread, it’s becoming a pisstake.

If you can move the ball either way with this precision, then yes, aiming at stumps occasionally works well.

I think rather, Bumrah is just bowling like a freak this series. He’s got double the wickets of our best bowler and single handedly keeping India in this series.

His strike rate is an insane 28 - basically a certainty to get a wicket every spell, at minimum.

He’s made our top 4 batsmen look like deers in the headlights.
