Head's become an all or nothing player. He needs to get on top of his approach a little. Getting off to an aggressive start is all well and good, but not always possible on the Test stage.

He generates so much pace from the hyper-extension slinging action. He doesn't need a long run up or need to put his back into it like Hazelwood/Starc types.

It's yet another advantage to his bowling technique IMO.

I’ve got no issues with the ramp shots from Konsta. It’s the issue that majority of his shots have been backing away and wild slogs. He’s played a couple of nice shots.

It might work over here and maybe SA but if he plays that way all the time he’s in trouble in England and I can’t see him doing well on the slow turning decks in SL, India and West Indies.

I'm all older then that era... Warne is the Goat , Steyn loved him, but there is something about Bumrah... His playing 5 games in a row were his the best bowler in a game easily.... His bloody scary

When I started following cricket, I remember Moody as an all-rounder in the 99WC but more as an excellent overseas player for Worcestershire. He was also famously involved in the Desert Storm game and subsequent final. I believe he had a stint opening. Surely he should have played more for Australia in the middle order or is that just hindsight?
