He’s clearly laboring with that strapped knee, nowhere near the same explosiveness the last fortnight.

At some point he will need a week off for a freshen up.

Really feel like Phillips should be in the side so that we can rotate more around the stoppages.

Putting this much load into Wardlaw this early in the season isn't ideal for a developing player. We are expecting him to carry a big workload at the moment.
 
Another reason why Phillips should have been in since round 1. We have 2 midfielders, LDU and Jy, who are physically mature enough to play as many centre square minutes as we have asked GW and Powell to play. No wonder they are all feeling the pinch after 5 weeks against top 4 opposition

yup agree 100pct....we need George to rest forward and give us some fwd line pressure.
