Rising Star Nom locked in.
Except for the little known rule that because there were allegedly too many interchanges made, no team, player or associate shall be able to receive a League award nomination

Loved him having a go at Parker, who is a serial pest and absolute gun. Took no backward steps and bounced back up after a cheap shot from Hayward.

Imagine him in 2 years with an actual tank...

Saw him literally run past Hall to tackle Hall’s opponent while Hall trotted along spectating. That moment more than any confirmed that the time for generational change is now. There is no value in having “experience” on the field when that experience is role modelling bottom 4 football.

we win that game comfortably if he has another 10-15% game time. he is that influential already.

his manic defensive pressure is a level above prime andrew swallow. thats saying something.

I’m extremely happy with George, was a bit sceptical if he was actually ready but bloody hell what a jet he is gonna be

Old fashioned footballer, see ball get ball and I love his baggy shorts lol

There was a centre bounce and him and Sheez linked up and won the clearance and I was about to cry
I liked the setup of GW, HS & WP in the centre bounces. WP by comparison seemed like the meat and potatoes utility mid and did the boring stuff like locking the ball in, repeat tackles really well.

It really helped the other two play their natural game. I feel it was the best game we have seen of WP but funnily enough there weren't many highlights which sort of reinforces his versatility.

I've never seen a player like him. Ever.

His lightness of feet and the way he springs off the ground and creates time and space around him combined with his hand and foot skills on both sides.

And then he does a contested mark, chases, shepherds, lays tackles

He is incomparable to anyone.

The duck was unique.

This bloke will be talked about for generations.

He will be that good.
Called it , the lightness of feet and how he springs off the ground.

9 tackles Most on ground in his first game. His first game.

Chases and pressures

But his hand and foot skills are sublime.

Will be a beast of a player.

Will be our best player in 2 years, better than Harry, LDU.

Agreed - haven’t actually seen many talk about WAPs game hahaha

add Thomas into that mix in the center square
Holy F*CK! We have been hammered from pillar to post (due to all sorts of reasons). I know there are a lot of layers to the situation, but it would be monumental if he could get his personal life in order and make a real effort to get the most out of himself. We talk about LDU, Wardlaw and Sheezel. I truly believe that if he can get back to taking his career seriously at North the gap between him and his teammates will be stark.
