It feels like one of hundreds of grey areas, inconsistencies and just backwoods interpretations that make up the game. Every match i watch there's multiple bizarre or downright unfair things that happen. And the AFL just adding more and more layers of crap instead of stripping the rules back to make it as simple and logical and less frustrating as it is now.

That was a clear side-bump in a marking contest and he marked the ball. That is not a free.

It is very telling when 99.9% of the people watching that are on the opposite side of the call.

We should NOT condone this from umpires. We should NOT allow horseshit like this to continue or to "slide".

This is NOT the standard that we should have.

Letting this be acceptable will eventually ruin the game in it's entirety.

Failing to bring this to the attention of the umpires will result in one thing and one thing only - and bookmark this - IT WILL COST A TEAM A PREMIERSHIP.
