I know right... its crazy..

These “dummies” at the crows are mostly the Victorian players drafted into the club.. its unfortunate when you have a required drafting system that you end up with dummies like the one’s that were confused buy the rules... Bloody dumb Vico’s..

The crows as an organisation are quite obviously stupid too.. instead of deliberately breaking these confusing rules... they really should’ve spent the last 8 years deliberately and systemically breaching the salary cap rules..

After all, that only gets you a $40k fine from the AFL which is much less than the fine the crows are rumoured to be getting for 8 players kicking a footy together for 10 minutes or so after their training session..

Or even better.. have one of your players get blind drunk, smash his vehicle into four parked cars, do a runner with the aid of his team mates, with all of them breaking the social distancing and stay at home rules.. I mean, lets face it, thats bringing the game into far less disrepute than 8 blokes kicking a footy together for 10 minutes on a golf course..

Like I’ve said in earlier posts.. I hope the crows are severely punished for this massive indescretion.. please strip them of at least 24 premiership points for this season...
You're still missing the point.
It's about getting the season restarted, if health authorities see AFL teams breaking protocols put in place to get the season started then we will have no AFL this year. It's very simple. The health authorities will be thinking either "wow they deliberately broke the law and also the AFL's rule" or "gee they must be incredibly incompetent to not even be able to implement a simple quarantine law and also a simple AFL rule". Either way they must now have serious doubts about allowing the AFL to restart.

Salary cap breaches don't get the AFL shut down for a year or stop it from restarting after a pandemic.
Crashing a car and doing a runner with assistance in your own time whilst breaking social isolation rules in a period where the comp wasn't even in operation has nothing to do with restarting the comp. It was a private matter, the law dealt with those people.

Correct. And under the guidance and leadership of the AFC Assistant Coach who was staying with them.

Who was that Assistant? Ben Hart.

Where is he from? Adelaide.

I don’t think you’d want to be responsible for ending an entire AFL season, would be record setting punishments dished out by the AFL.

Yeh, because there have been no other indiscretions have there? Jesus, talk about over the top and delusional.

And what do you say about other clubs involved in training together? Crickets!

If we are honest with only 1 round played this year and if there is no further games are played the financial hit will be huge as the TV companies are not going to pay for games they aren't played.
Yes the coffers are full, but it won't take long to empty them.

Spent 5 years at Colllingwood and came back useless as a shit sandwich. We, the supporters, have been calling for his removal for two years.

Just like your supporters with Ken.

It would be phenomenal, attendance is worth 5 mill per round and The TV rights more then 400 million per year (2.5 Bil for 6 years in 2015)

If there is no footy the TV companies would be within their rights to ask for that 400Mil back, given the AFL have just taken out a 600Mil loan to support the clubs we can take guess how they would feel about that.

That puts them over 1 Billion down this year.

The golf course is where the crows players were doing their training drills. Between the 2nd and 3rd tees to be precise. It IS OPEN to the public.

Seriously man, please keep up and stop posting nonsense.

The golf courses are open in SA? How does Golf Australia allow this when the golf courses in Victoria remain closed?

Think about the FAIRNESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!

Ahhh... I’d have to actually care about your “point” in the first place before I’d miss it..

....Talk about a joke that is quickly outdated (about 20 minutes before it was posted)

You are taking the piss surely.

Rumours circling multiple clubs (in Victoria) may have been training in groups of 10, which is why the sanctions were pulled last night

Source??

Following Dan Andrews press conference, would think nothing to see anymore.

I’m listening to the same Press Conference— what did the Victorian Premier say about the actions of Crows players??

West Coast for starters.
No they didn't, the rule was brought in because of them.
Clubs thought they were following state rules about 2 person training, then WA relaxed the rules to 10 and so they thought they could train with 10.
The AFL took a look an decided (rightly or wrongly) to bring in the rule saying all clubs can only train with 2.

Roo and Ditts this morning, Roo is of course a board member.

...anything that’s written?

Or provided by a national media source?

But now Tom Browne is ok with Vic clubs training from tomorrow while WA and SA clubs have to wait another week to get all players back 🤨
