Tsatas can play there and you seem to love Cox there aswell. Archie can run all day with height up and down a wing aswell

He’s also had 1 Afl preseason and is 22 years old. Durham has the makings of a very good winger. good over head mark, plays hard. Pretty good decision maker imo. It’s not about overrating someone like Sam it’s looking at what he’s produced so far as a msd pick and what he could become around his peak in 5-6 years

I think he’s actually a really poor decision maker but again maybe I don’t rate our own as much as everyone else

I’d be happy to get Shiel off the books to be honest. Take what we can get for him (if that’s a pick upgrade or whatever) and run. If we are serious (and fit) next year he’s borderline best 23…

He plays the defensive wing role that holds width and does a lot of unrewarded running.

Something like a Kamdyn McIntosh. It's a structurally important role because it allows other players to run more offensively, but one that's never going to look good on the stats sheet.

Agree completely on the value of Durham in that defensive wing role. He is the only AFL-quality player we have who can do it. Next best after him is probably Heppell.

I don't rate our players, but there's something about Durham I don't hate. Might even like him.

Duursma back home to Vic and playing more attacking role could be a very good pick up. Can play wing as starter or back up but allows us more flex with Martin and either spending time up forward.
