so the order isnt part of the make up....not how I took it but then again I didnt write the question :p

I would interpret it as the make up being the teams in the 8, as in

"The final 8 is made up of Adelaide, Collingwood, Geelong, Hawthorn, North Melbourne, Saint Kilda, Sydney and the Western Bulldogs."

This was true regardless of any result in round 22. That is just how I read it, I guess you'd have to ask the OP what they intended and perhaps next year it would have to be more specific on what it's asking.

Congratulations to anyone who had faith in the Blues winning more than nine games.

I think there were a lot more people who repsonded with a 'No chance in hell' than an affirmative for that question, but well, time makes fools of us all.

Yep, winning 10 games sure throws dirt in their face, hey?

That's another area where it could be clarified in the question.

With the question being "Will Carlton win more than 9 games" is 9 and a draw more than 9 wins should that have occured?

Shouldn't the question have been "got more than 36 premiership points" if that was the case?

More than 9 wins isn't 9 wins and a draw.

It's not even 9 wins and 11 draws.

It's 10 wins or more. :p
