Yep. Mix of our experienced players being incredibly unclean and a lack of supposed effort from our leaders is killing us. Team doesn’t look like they’re having fun with their footy more, and I’m sure some players are getting mad at others. Probably compounds our skill issues which ruins our gameplan, especially when the connection between the lines hasn’t gelled yet (I hope it does). We will see how we respond, but I really hope our season isn’t derailed through a mix of injuries and something as easily preventable as simple skill errors and poor decisions that weren’t there in previous years.

Went to the game last night. Was peeved with being outnumbered by swans supporters. Didn’t think they had supporters.

Funny how they didn’t show the Papley throw on tv, which occurred in the second quarter (goal square with about three tiges hanging off him) and resulted in an easy goal. Worst bit of umpiring I’ve seen, occurred right in front of us, and right in front of the umpire. …and yeh I know, we’ve got bigger issues but it made me so angry I have to get it off my chest

with Bauer ,,it’s the usual thing that a player needs to focus on his defensive skill set
reckon he might be considered next week…is a solid build but not tall enough for a 2nd ruck option so someone other than a miller needs to come out
