1.35pm: Some coaching news. Sydney Swans champ Ryan O'Keefe will start his coaching career with Adelaide and will be joined there by journeyman assistant coach David Teague. O'Keefe will be a development coach, Teague will be in charge of the forwards.Mark Bickley has stapped down from the coaching group but will remain involved with the club in a marketing capacity.

Wonder if he could do the job at AA while still being involved at the crows officially?

when he was a part timer I didn't mind him. But listening to him everyday you realize that his views are a bit underdone. Like tonight when he said we should have held onto pick 10 because its been lucky for us in the past!

Sad but true, Cornes was a pseudointellectual who did none of his own research and had no idea about the modern game, attempting to cover it up by trying to dig into his guests "personal lives". My favourite being a post season review with Craig, where Craig kept trying to talk about the Crows and Cornes kept speaking over him asking about what he did in his private life...

And yet he's still better than Bone and Rowe, who was much better in tandem with Cornes. Cornes at least liked to sound like he's given things a lot of thought...

In agreeance with the recently returned Maddog, can't really see what Bickley adds to 5aa, far too much understanding of what's going on. Ditmar certainly belongs on 5aa and would work well with Rowe and provide the PAPs with that Power voice they think they deserve.

This board doesn't like Chris McDermott because he has the guts to critical the club and this board doesn't like people who are critical of the decisions the club makes.

They shoot down anyone who does this. They call them negative, haters or not real supporters but in reality, the club does not have the track record over the past 5 years to avoid any actual criticism. What they want is club sycophants who will always tells us how great the club is and how crap Port Power is. They want to avoid the real reasons why the club has hit a road block and just have happy feel good stories aboit how excellent everything is at West Lakes.

We have fired 2 coaches in 3 years, missed the finals 4 out of the past 5 years and lost all credablity in the AFL enviroment amount the fans.

He is a passionate footy person who is very disappointed where the game is heading. He comes from an old school approach to footy and he knows the game is getting hijacked by people who doesn't have an idea about the fabric or history of playing the game.
