Brownlow Medallist
Appreciate your efforts and modelling, but that just tells me how bad champion data can be. Neither player should be worth that much.End of 2015 Value
Josh Green pick 21
Tom Bell pick 9

Whilst I appreciate your example, it doesnt have the same context to GWS as it does to Carlton because the rest of their spine is largely intact. They could do with an additional young KPD, but most of their other talls are locks.
Forget their forward line for a moment and replace it with ours. Which of the following do you think they would prefer:
- Carltons forward line with Mumford in the ruck; or
- Carltons forward line with Jeremy Cameron swapped in for almost any Calrton forward, but someone like Lobb, or Phillips in the ruck?
This is the decision Carlton may face. A 26 year old ruckman in Krooz, or the best key forward in the draft. Ruckmen are important, but key forwards are importanter.
What is the earliest we could hear something on Yaz? Would it be after Richmond has finished with their finals campaign?
Really? I thought we weren't told the compo until after it was final.Step 1 - He accepts large offer from another club
Step 2 - Hands in paperwork to the AFL for Free Agency
Step 3 - We are told within 24 hours what compo pick we'll likely receive
Step 4 - We have 2-3 days to match offer from other club or let him leave if we deem the compo pick suitable
All of a sudden talk of Carlisle to St Kilda.
There is a risk with him because of the WADA appeal, but If they escape sanction I'd really like us to get him on our list. KPD's is something we've really lacked...
You missed the "likely receive" bit I think...Really? I thought we weren't told the compo until after it was final.
They changed the rules last year because everyone complained. Sound familiar?Really? I thought we weren't told the compo until after it was final.
Re: Smith
How about we let him develop a little and, I don't know, build some fitness before we write him off... FFS.
link?Carlisle requests trade.
It's in a few other threads, it was confirmed by his manager.link?
Matthew Lloyd said if he was leaving Essendon it'd be to St Kilda.where's it coming from?

Yeah but that can be countered with the Bulldogs.WHile this sounds good in theory......
Take GWS for example.
With Mumford
Without Mumford.
If you think the ruckman is the least important position on the ground, then okay.
Didn't he kick 3 goals just recently in the NBs? or is there another Smith getting around down there?
