Our seats are further back, but row A is tempting - if only with the forlorn hope that GWS grub comes near the fence!

Hello Bulldog Brethren in Big Footy Land,

I am heading to Nth East Arnhem Land NT in a couple of weeks. I have been thinking how cool would it be if I could somehow take the opportunity to fill my remaining pre-paid excess weight luggage allowance with Doogies gear, to give to the kids. Probably 5-10kg.

As you may or may not know, to get into the restricted areas in that region people need to typically apply for a permit. I was fortunate enough that a rare recording of me playing didgeridoo led to an invitation to meet and live with an old family for about 10 days. The Yolngu are the custodians of the yidaki (didgeridoo) as they are the people who have the dreaming; it will be a great honour to meet, share and have this culturally immersive experience. Life changing.

I have been wondering about reaching out to you all to see if anyone is open to donating any unwanted Dogs' merchandise for me to take.

I figure that T-shirts, singlets, shorts, or maybe a guernsey (pretty much any size, but particularly kid's sizes) would be welcome, especially any that feature indigenous images. Maybe a footy in Doggies' colours? It's fair to suggest that Marra (and to a lessor extent Arty and LJ) is/will be huge there. Even a wall poster, if there is such a thing, of our awesome First Nations players might be welcomed.

Does anyone have any other ideas of what might be good to take there?

I have contacted the club to see if they can help, but also thought some passionate Dog fans in BF might be able/willing to help, or at least discuss ideas.

Hey all,

Not sure if this is the best thread to post in but earlier this year (last year now!) I put a couple of bids on for the old locker doors (that were auctioned post whitten oval redevelopment) and I only wanted one but ended up winning two (#11 and #29). I'm keeping #11, but don't have space for the second anymore. If anyone is keen I'm happy to give this one away, you just need to come pick it up from Brunswick, VIC. They're pretty big, approx. 570 X 1350 but should fit in the back seat of a car.
