Where has this love for King come from? He's a snake. I'm completely with Scott.
I have no love for Kingy the media personality. Sometimes his work is good, other times it's not, and I've had no personal with him to say he's a snake. But I love Kingy the two time Premiership player, and I also believe that he still loves the club. I have respect for that.

But in his job he's required to give opinions, which ultimately, everyone's entitled to. If Scott got so aggressive towards him just because he expressed that opinion in a role he's paid to do, then it reflects more poorly on Scott than King.

He's the same person.

Time moves forwards. To not present a player jumper at the clubs request is poor.

I too love Kingy the two time premiership player. It doesn't change the person he has become.

If he declined for no real reason at all, yes that is pathetic.

But it’s also easy to put spin on it, if he had other commitments?

Who are these insiders ?
I’m guessing like any other club in history that has moved on their coach, there will be those that are devastated and those that are secretly ecstatic.

I find it hard to believe that every player on the list universally loved Brad. There would be a few that would be glad to see the back of him.

Really happy the club had the balls to do this.

Looking forward to a fresh face and a fresh perspective. They've earned my membership money for the coming years. This club should never stand for mediocrity, and that's all Brad would ever deliver for us.

I wonder? If Brayshaw was still Chairman... would he have gone through with this?

I wonder if Brayshaw wasn't there, would we still be here.

Still did not explain who the insiders are

so three weeks ago Scott went to the club and tried selling his plan for the future, the club rightly said we don't like it, we've enough ice and oil thanks and we're not Eskimos! Then started a process which would see us part ways.

I'm going to try and find out what his future plans held- would be very interesting.

I’d be fascinated to read how this year’s mishaps were going to take us to future glory.

Footage of Brad hugging the guys after the game.....It reminds me of how I feel on the last day of a wonderful Carnival Cruise or holiday in Fiji, or Thailand. You know that feeling when you know the party's over and its back to work on Monday.....

That must be how the boys must be feeling.

HOLIDAY IS OVER !!!.

BACK TO WORK !!!

NMFC IS NO LONGER A FREE RIDE !

I find this entire David King nonsense to be a complete distraction and its beginning to overshadow what should have been a day about the football club.

And while I'm at it I find this thread superfluous now. As soon as Brad packs his bags tomorrow and leaves Arden St. I wanna see this thread closed away for the history books.

From what I’m hearing is that Brad went into the meeting with a plan of a list rebuild which the club told him ... Not happening. Now whether Brad asked for further extension so he could oversee that rebuild I’m not sure but logic says that he would have . The club may still go down the rebuild path but not with Brad .

What a **** act to try and paint him as someone that chose not to attend.

Highly unprofessional. Nothing more than a cheap shot.

Yeah well here's another thing that no-one seems to be talking about.

Brad Scott made a big deal out of his claim that he only ever thinks of NMFC first, putting the club's interests ahead of his own, and that his job today was to keep the players focussed and their minds on the job in every second.

At 3/4 time today, we see Brad making a beeline for King, to make some sort of point or settle some scores. I ask you, was he focused on his job at that moment? Was he keeping his mind on the job? Was he putting the club's interests ahead of his own or was he being incredibly selfish?

Also, what was the immediate aftermath of that little stunt? The Bulldogs kicked 4 unanswered goals in 8 minutes and took the lead, and our boys barely got their hands on the ball.

I suggest that Brad lost the plot and let his ego get in the way. He nearly cost us the win right there.
