I'd slot Hughes back into the side, our forward line functioned much better with him there and richo up the ground ...sarge can make way...In any case, he loves football Park

I agree, our forward line certainly was working better with Cleve in the team but don't like his chances.

Still isn't even training again yet. :(

Jackson won't be dropped. Just read the article on the RFC site and Wallace was happy with his efforts, he'll get the job on Scott Thompson.

My predicted changes on the other thread were:

IN: Brown, Meyer, Polo/Hyde
OUT: King, Jackson, Morton

But after the Coburg match and reading that article,

IN: Brown
OUT: King

As it should be, unless we don't know of an injury,

Wallace said Richardson, who sustained a knee injury against the Cats but played out the match and in the process took two outstanding marks, was okay.

"He just jarred himself up a little bit and 'Simmo' [Troy Simmonds] was a bit the same, just at the end of the game. There were no other real issues with the injuries," he said.

Young Tiger Shane Edwards also copped "a head knock", after being tackled by Geelong's Darren Milburn, but again Wallace said he was fine.

"We've got a couple of blokes who had a couple of heavy collisions, but nothing more than that – they'll be sore in the morning, but there are no issues."

Seems like they will all be OK if you can believe our website.

I sure hope you're saying Edwards (concussion) and not Edwards (Omit) because Edwards was easily in our top 3 players before Milburn disposed of him.

watched him closely when he was helped off dude, was standing right behind the interchage area. He was in orbit big time.

Bomber put out the contract on him as his influence in the first quarter had them scratching their heads. ;)

In: Connors, Brown, Polo
Out: King, Jackson (both never to play for the club again), Johnson (won't happen, but i can hope)

lets face it tugg....what is the well trodden out line again? Players will be picked on form? yep....i guess the coaches box has been watching australias funniest videos, rather than watching the game.
We have been given token gestures from day one with this mob in the box. Its a,b,c out, x,y,z in.....then x,y out, a,b in etc etc...they dropped the so called senior players in response to the gathering dark clouds re. supporters and continue to serve up ridiculous team selections ontop of ludicrous match ups, that defy logic. He will still play, he will be given a tagging role, his opponent will get 60% of the touches that he is used to, another will get 150% of the touches that he used to, Johnson will get his standard issue amount of touches, and the net result will be the same, he is irrelevant. Because the damage that his opponent would have done had he not been tagged, will be negated by the damage Johnson will do to our forward thrusts. ;)

This guy can't be serious?

you want to leave Morton in the side??

LMAO!

3rd highest goal scorer at the club
kicked what 5 last time he played at aami?

u want to drop him because he played badly against the cats
Defence hahahah we should drop all our forwards than:|

U cant drop a forward because he has a bad week in a 10 goal loss
against the best defence in the comp
after our best small forward withdrew injured before the game
therefore mitch played on a bloke who is likely an AA this year

Amen. If Thompson doesn't get us, Goodwin will.
I have a horrible feeling in the piut of my stomach that Connors will be let go. Basing this on absolutely no evidence other than a hunch.

well if your gut feeling is on the money and it does happen, they go all go and get ****ed...for me i have just about had enough, this game has now become one where they know their target audience and they know how simple they are, so they feed them the BS that keeps on keeping on. I just hope to god TW does one thing this week to stamp the file, IN - TIVENDALE. Then you can board up the place and we can find other things to do. ;)
