Instead of trying to predict who'll go, I'll say who should.

Lynch - injured and it's made whatever form he had just disappeared

McAdam - Clearly carrying something and not offering the defensive side he did last year

Frampton - LOL.

So that's half our forward line.

Kelly on the edge but was half decent today for most of the game
I'd do something left field re McAdam if his injury doesn't respond. Play Luke Pedlar in the forward pocket, played as much forward as midfield in his junior/school footy, very good aerially and a goal kicker. Fitness would be OK for that role.

Edit : And he brings the heat!

Not Lynch, He's the elite "Connector" of the competition ;)

Thilthorpe long away from it atm. From what I saw live yesterday he was consistently running to the wrong spots.
Who cares.. Thilthorpe might be a bit off but we’re rebuilding and frampton and Himmelberg are dogshit.. himmelberg wouldve provided nothing more than what frampton did.

And it wouldve been difficult trying to run to the right spots in that SANFL game yesterday when all day the opposition had the ball in their hands!..

in: TT, Hately
Out: frampton, lynch

On current form McPherson should go before Kelly, offering zero offensively, certainly less than Kelly today. All in all McPherson has just been middling this season.

This would certainly be something the Adelaide Crows would consider

I missed most of the game today, but just logging on to here, you’d think Frampton played as one extra for Freo.

How bad was he exactly? I’ll take gifs if it’s too hard to explain in words
My advice is to not watch any of our clubs games this weekend. Frampton was last seen applying superglue to his hands.

No that's what most would do when performance is the key and they're being objective not subjective.

Yes that's right. We would take the narrow view and drop the inexperienced guy because his performance doesn't stack up to the 100 game player

We seem a mid short, so Hately has to come in, probably for an injured player who needs a rest. Himmelburg for Frampton needs to happen too.

We've done very well to this point, but we need to play the long game and make sure players get managed.
We seem to be a mid short... which couldn't possibly have anything to do with Fogarty replacing Sloane?

McPherson is closing fast on 22 y.o. and has been very ordinary this season, offering nothing offensively.

IMO he's the sort of player that's shown enough that you get them to 50 games and reassess. He may be 22 but he's played 14 games. Same with McHenry despite many on here thinking he sucks.

We'll agree to disagree then, Kelly is performing quite well, McPherson has been very average. Kelly can also pinch hit on talls as well as smalls, McPherson cannot.

Simple Question answer Yes or No
Did you watch today’s game ?
Well if he did & thought Fog was the problen... we know Vader has lost the plot when it comes to Fog...

Why ? Serious based on what body of work ?

We need more depth in the midfield. He can play multiple roles. He is part of the future so give him a go. He has played AFL before, so it's not like bringing in an underdone Pedlar.

Best option we have for more midfield depth, currently.

Great idea Bicks

We just don't have another small defender to replace him
I think worrell could easily replace kelly or mcpherson (and im not suggesting these two do currently deserve to go)

Worrell is one of those types that can play effectively on talls and smalls. Has speed, poise and I love the way he takes on the game.

hes got experience as a forward too.. should be moulding him into a swingman type..

Is he still injured though?.. didnt seem to be too troubled in the last quarter last week.. maybe he is maybe he isnt..

i think that today might have just one of those days for Shane.. nothing went right for him and everything went right for his opponent..

plus the delivery to him was garbage.

not sure.. I think he stays in.. but would love to see Pedlar given a run at it.
