Couldn't see one yet so decided to make one myself.

One of the reasons there may not be one though came when I tried to think of changes. Even ahead of the VFL game, I'm thinking no change. So few of the players in the VFL this week would be genuinely pushing for selection due to our injury curse and nobody stood out as playing a shocker. Probably only Goodyear, Goldsack and Wills could be even remotely in the frame, and I can't see a place for any of them no matter how well they play Sunday.

no Moore in the VFL so really doubt he will come straight back into the 1s next week after a prolonged absence.

Varcoe out ain't gonna happen.... That's just plain ridiculous. We have zero small forwards who apply pressure apart from Varcoe so why would you take him out?! Granted Blair is good at this also.

I doubt we have any guys available next week to come back in who have been injured so I think we'll be unchanged.

If Moore is fit I'd like him to come straight back in, but knowing Bucks he won't. If he does it would be hard to drop any of Cloke (if he's dropped I'll consider doing a "Richmond" on my membership), Cox or White. If all four play the only thing I can think of is to play either White or Moore in the backline. White could've gone out before this week but he probably earned his spot last night.

I really think Blair should go out but not sure who would replace him with Fasolo and Broomhead injured. I don't think Crocker should come straight back if fit, perhaps Caff, Wills or Goodyear if they play well tomorrow.

If you heard Bucks talking this morning on the radio he does not consider White to be a tall but as a mobile winger. So he wont go out for Moore. He also said there was no room for all of Cloke Cox Grundy and Moore. He also said Cloke has been dropped this year because Cox and Moore have been better than him

I would not be surprised to see Cloke dropped again this week given those comments

My prediction

No change and Moore returns via the VFL

But if Moore comes in I'd say Cloke will go out.

Forward pressure is vital - np forward pressure = coast to coast goals. Varcoe is almost an automatic selection

Going by what Buckley said theres snow flakes of anybody else being dropped for Moore either.

He will come back through the VFL this week but theres only two spots available for Cloke Moore and Cox so this selection dilemma will continue for a while.

I wouldnt be dropping Cloke either but given what Buckley said dont rule it out.

Why does everyone want to get rid of Jesse White? As long as he can contribute his 2 or 3 goals a game and smash a few packs, then he stays in. Yes he can make some stupid errors, but if he's not the main man down forward, he can just chime in every now and then. And he can be played in the ruck and down back if required.

As for Varcoe, he provides class, run and tackling pressure. Definitely stays in.
